I really like the colors and the happy feeling you've created. The only problem would be readability on your letter paper! Other than that i like the idea :)
I really like this design, I like how you have dye-cuts and a sleeve for your card case... but i think the envelop and letterhead might be too strong color wise... maybe for the letterhead your design can be the back of the paper...that way you can write in the front... and for the envelop maybe you can bring down the tint so its doesn't interfere with the mailing things...
I like that you made the icon bleed, but I don't believe you can put that on the front of the stationery/envelope. you can make the stationery double sided, and you can have the bleed inside the envelope. Business card is clean, just move around some of your text so it's not so crowded.
